Join Denmark Grows for a special afternoon of botanical wreath making in the beautiful private dining room at The Dam, Denmark.
You'll be guided through creating your own one-of-a-kind festive wreath using locally grown, spray-free flowers and foliage, thoughtfully sourced from our own backyard here in Denmark WA.
This workshop brings together the produce, creativity and skills of four local women, a mix of flower farmers and florists in celebration of our region’s flower community.
This workshop brings together the produce, creativity and skills of four local women, a mix of flower farmers and florists in celebration of our region’s flower community. Emma from Denmark Flower Farm, Rose from Blooms for Biddy, Emily from Elf Blooms and Zoë from Forest Farm Denmark.
No previous wreath making or floristry experience needed, whether you're a seasoned creative or just looking for a fun afternoon with friends, this is an opportunity to slow down, get your hands amongst nature and create something beautiful to take home to celebrate as the year draws to an end.
Your ticket includes:
All locally grown, spray-free flowers and foliage
A mix of fresh and dried flowers
Both native and seasonal blooms
Wreath base and all essential materials
Use of tools and equipment
Step-by-step guidance from our local floral creatives
Your very own handmade Christmas wreath to take home
You're welcome to bring your own favourite tools, any special decorations or personal inclusions you'd love to incorporate into your wreath - otherwise you don’t need to bring anything but yourself.
Food and drinks will be available to purchase from The Dam throughout the afternoon, so settle in, enjoy something delicious and make an afternoon of it.
